Marc McElrath

Marc owns and operates McDonald’s in Fiji together with its own distribution centre and has been the developmental licensee for the last 25 years. He has years of involvement with a number of community and business boards in Fiji including being a board member of the Denarau Residential Estates Ltd. He has been actively supportive of Special School’s sports in Fiji for almost 20 years and supports a number of community sports teams and is a keen game fisherman.

Lalin Goonesekera

Lalin is currently the Financial Controller for McDonald’s Restaurants Fiji and has held a number of senior Finance and Auditing roles over the past 25 years. He is a Certified Business Accountant and holds a MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University UK and a Bachelor’s degree from the University Of Colombo. Lalin is a product of KPMG, has been a board member of Sri Lanka’s pioneer business magazine ‘LMD’ and has headed the internal audit team of World Vision in Sri Lanka.

Seini Tinaikoro

Seini is an Associate at Siwatibau & Sloan. Having a passion for community work and the outlook to help in areas of good governance and compliance, Seini has 9 years of commercial law practice. Seini’s areas of interest include commercial property law, land development, estate law with experience in immigration law and employment law. Seini believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by playing squash, loves to travel, and read.

Jone Natanu

Jone currently holds the position of Deputy Director Nursing at Labasa hospital. He is an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience in patient care and nursing administration. He has demonstrated expertise in mentoring and supervising nurses, ensuring that subordinates comply with nursing policies, regulations and guidelines.

His areas of expertise include;

  • Nursing administration
  • Nursing program coordination
  • Combat, Tactical and Trauma care/nursing
  • Clinical assessment and treatment
  • Infection prevention and control
  • Hyper Baric nursing
  • General obstetric and pediatric nursing

Jone is currently completing his Post Grad Diploma in Nursing Leadership & Management at the Fiji National University (College of Nursing).

 

Jignesh Chauhan

Jignesh Chauhan is currently the General Manager – Operations for RB Patel Group Limited, a position he’s held since 2015. He is responsible for all commercial, retail, marketing and advertising e-commerce, sales and operations for RB Patel group limited for 10 supermarkets.

Prior to his current role, he worked with Communications Fiji Limited for 17 years, holding various positions in Fiji and in the region and this gave him great work experience, honed his management skills and developed his leadership style.

Jignesh is results driven and deals effectively with people, an excellent communicator and has strong leadership and organisational skills to achieve desired goals and objectives.

Trevor J Fox

Trevor is the Managing Director of Golf Hub Pte Ltd & Nama Spa & Wellness Pte Ltd.

Prior to Fiji, Trevor worked at Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast, Australia and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the tourism industry. Prior to the pandemic, Trevor was the CEO for Denarau Shuttle Company & Big Bula Waterpark for over 10 years.

Trevor is a keen golfer and was the Denarau Golf and Racquet club captain for four years.

He has also been instrumental in the establishment and overseeing the successful running of the RMHC Fiji golf tournament for the last two years.
